Geranium has a strong, sweet, fresh, green, slightly citrus, minty, and spicy. As aromatherapy, it can soothe grief and sadness. As a skincare ingredient, it can help improve the appearance of dry, mature skin. With over 700 varieties of Geranium in the world, most are grown for ornamental use. Pelagonium graveolens is the main Geranium commercially cultivated for essential oil. Sourced from Egypt, this oil is extracted by steam distillation of the plant. 

A middle note, Geranium blends well with Rose Juniper, Rosemary, Bergamot, Lavender, Cinnamon, citrus oils, and Basil. A very versatile oil in blending, it blends well with almost any oil.  

Recommended Use

Set your intention to release tension and stress and add 2-3 drops to your water diffuser. Add a few drops to your shampoo or conditioner for healthy looking hair. Marry this beautiful great scent with an unscented face or body cream to improve the appearance of dry/mature skin. Add to Jojoba Oil, or a carrier oil, to apply to your face during your nighttime skincare routine and improve the appearance of oily, congested skin.
